Stiff penises will be deported

A stiff penis is a credible expression of male sexual arousal. The Czech Interior Ministry is familiar with this phenomenon as well, and therefore makes a phallometric inspection to "check" its gay asylum-seekers.
People facing state persecution, punishment or even death in their home country for their sexual orientiations can seek asylum in the Czech Republic, as in many other states. But to say one is gay apparently isn't enough for the Czech bureaucrats. And that's why the asylum seekers have to bring credible evidence...which brings us back to the stiff penis. During the inspection, the applicant is brought in to watch heterosexual porn. A measuring device (which was previously attached to the penis) then measures whether something is moving. The test result decides: a flaccid penis can stay, but a stiff penis will be deported - of course including the applicant himself.
What happens, however, if the heterosexual male porn actor in the video is exactly the gay viewer's type, and his approval announces itself - in his pants? I anticipate the worst. The actually gay asylum-seeker is deported back to a country where he, both outed and dismissed, must fear for his safety and his life.
But maybe he will have a new chance for asylum in the future, provided, of course, he is still alive and can supply clear evidence of suffered torture. I know this is cynical, but sometimes you have to reply to a cynical policy with the same means. A country in which sexual minorities are oppressed and persecuted is a guarantee of a safe and free life for no one, whether queer or straight. And so I say, any penis should be allowed to stay!
