Today is the beginning of spring! The anticipation of sun and warm weather increases. Finally I can soon spend more time outdoors, away from the dusty barn, into the full life. And that has much to offer, especially the big community events: Lesbian Spring Meeting, Trans-conference, sports tournaments, film festivals, cultural events, fetish events and of course the countless Gay Prides, there is something for every taste. As always, you'll find all current dates here on queersome. And it's worth to check back frequently as there is always something new: Folsom will be postponed by one week, East End Pride in London has been canceled and Minsk will held the first official Gay Pride - provided that the homophobic politicians won't find any pretext to prohibit it again. Speaking of homophobic: The Pope is coming to Berlin. To a city that enjoys a worldwide reputation of individual freedom and social diversity. And the Pope should see that, for his medieval morality must not go unchallenged. Therefore, during his public appearances, various demonstrations are planned, including a "kiss-in". So, go out, express your love and show the Pope the great diversity of life.
